Commissly offers payment protection through our secure escrow system. When you place an order, your payment is held securely until you approve the delivered work. This ensures that creators get paid for their work and clients only pay for work they're satisfied with.

If you're not completely satisfied with the work delivered, you can request revisions from the creator based on the revision terms specified in the service. If issues persist, you can contact our support team who will help mediate and resolve the situation fairly.

To become a service provider on Commissly, sign up for an account and then navigate to your dashboard. Click on "Become a Provider" and follow the steps to complete your profile, set up your portfolio, and create your first service offering.

Commissly charges a service fee of 10% on each transaction. This fee helps us maintain the platform, provide customer support, and ensure secure payments. There are no monthly fees or charges for creating an account or listing services.

Delivery times vary depending on the service and the provider's specified delivery timeline. Each service listing includes an estimated delivery time, which you can see before placing your order. You can also discuss specific timelines with the provider before confirming your order.
